The background of the spot: Chinese has a variety of food culture in different places. In Hong Kong, there are characteristics of its food culture too. Tao Heng hopes that building such museum can stimulate people to appreciate and get interest in food culture, as well as showing the collective memory of some nostalgic scene to visitors.
